our Trips


Every trip will incorporate pilates, hiking through beautiful landscapes, delicious whole foods enjoyed with a community of explorers who are there for new experiences as well, and good times.

The pilates aspect of our trips will have duel aim. The day will start with a pilates class that warms up and and engages the core and stabilizing muscles that will help you minimize any chances of injuries, and ensure you enjoy the daily hike. Our day will end with a cool down pilates class that will be targeted to address any imbalances that have emerged after the day (from steep hills, back backs, etc.) and provide exercises that will minimize any soreness or aches for the following day.

The daily hike will vary in length and intensity. Every hike will be focused around a site of interest that provides a scenic landscape. A sample hiking schedule for a 7 day trip would be two shorter hikes (2-4 hours), two medium hikes (4-6 hours) and one long hike (6-8 hours).

At the end of every day we will all gather for a community meal. We believe that sharing special places calls for great food and good company. We strive to use local ingredients whenever possible (In Iceland we are very fortunate to have the most amazing fish and lamb), and to utilize whole foods prepared simply to express the beauty of the ingredients and our love of food. 

Our inaugural trip will take place in the Westfjords of Iceland August 2015.
